We have seen so many examples of creativity during lockdown. I thought it would be lovely to share with you all.
Each class was given the theme of ‘ Tree’ to create a display of their choice. We have had some very artistic displays throughout the school which I thought would be lovely to share with you all.

We had a great time using cuisinaire and rulers to measure everyday items. We even used cm’s.
Elm class have become castle detectives. They are finding out as much information as they can, so they can write a report about castles next week. Here are the children in action.
In RE we are hearing a range of different religious stories from a variety of different religions. Today we heard the story Prince Siddhartha and the Swan, which is a Buddhist story about caring for animals. We made posters about how we would care for animals.
Elm class are learning to group 3D shapes in a variety of ways. They grouped the shapes by colours, whether they could roll and by how many faces or edges they have.
Super story telling by these two pupils. Excellent use of adjectives, story language and expression! They know this story well. Beauty and the Beast experts. ??
