A huge thank you to all of you supporting sports relief this year. We had a fabulous time dribbling, bouncing, hula-ing and skipping our way round the daily mile! We raised over £240 from all your donations, I will send out an exact amount after the final count up tomorrow.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Year 5 had a great afternoon at the tag rugby event at Parmiters school. As a year group we achieved second place in all 3 competitions. The children were all great participants and represented the school very well! Well done all!

Wow! Another great score line Tanners! We started the match all down Holy Roods end but couldn’t convert great passing into a goal. However, once the first goal went in, 5 more came easily. Amazing team work and spirit, they are all a credit to our school and deserve the win. 1 more match to play…… next Thursday at Alban Wood. ☺
On Tuesday , we played our first match against Abbots Langley away. We were super excited and eager to get going in the league. We played fairly and competively which showed in the team work and the score which was 10-7 to Tanners. Well done team!
Last night we played against Orchard away. We had a shaky start as our players noticed that they had a few academy players and started nervously. Unfortunately, we let in 3 goals in the first 5 mins. However, we regrouped, composed ourselves and held off anymore goals. We worked really hard to get back into the game and had 5 shots on target by Lilly but we were unable to convert them into goals. Well done girls for having a super attitude to sport. Every girl played a crucial role in the team. Look out Holy Rood who we play at home this Thursday!
The children learning about the problems involved with supply and demand with water!
Well done girls!! Amazing team work and effort. Well done Ciara and Lilly for scoring the goals. 3-1 win against Divine Saviour. Excellent!!
