Last day at Kingswood update
We are aiming to leave Kingswood at 2.30pm and head to the ferry port. Depending on the traffic, we aim to be back by 7.30pm. We will keep in regular contact with the school throughout the afternoon to keep them updated on our expected arrival time. All parents will be updated via parent mail of any changes to our arrival time this evening. Please keep checking our class blogs for more photos and updates throughout the day.
The children have had a wonderful week and have learnt a lot about their own resilience and perseverance towards activities and scenarios that challenge them. They have pushed and challenged themselves with everything from the high rope activities to dealing with being away from home for the first time.
We have witnessed some excellent examples of team work as well as tolerance and compassion for others over the week, which has been lovely to see. We believe that they have learnt a lot about themselves and have all developed a deeper growth mindset which they can continue to develop on our return to school. Well done Year 6!
The children are looking forward to seeing their parents and having a very long sleep and restful weekend!
