Anti-bullying and teamwork.

Maple class celebrated anti-bullying day today with all sorts of activities, including designing and creating individual badges, which they have been wearing proudly, creating logos in a school wide competition and all sorts of discussions with many different people and teachers in the school to improve their knowledge of how to identify and stop bullying. We also spent part of today learning about the value of teamwork and working together. As you can see, we used teamwork to create amazing things out of newspaper and to aid us in some fun games!

Lively Home Learning!

As half term comes upon us, Maple Class have reflected on some of the amazing home learning that has been brought in. From shields to swords to cabins and cakes, we’ve had some amazing items to display in class, as well as some very tasty treats to eat too!

Maple Class’ Safety lesson!

Today, we have been to Hazard Alley and have learnt how to stay safe in an emergency. The children were even able to make a 999 call to help prepare them to seek assistance in any life threatening eventuality! The adults were able to watch to see how they reacted, what a fabulous experience. A great day was had by all!
