Today Elm class had lots of giggles dressing up in Miss Smith’s clothes! We identified that Miss Smith would wear these clothes in winter to keep her warm and dry. We then dressed up our own people based on what they would wear for our chosen season. Woolly hats in winter and cool sunglasses in summer!
Clubs have started back this week. Colour and chat is a great hit!
Elm class investigated crunchy autumn leaves and conkers today as part of our seasons topic.
Today Elm Class had lots of fun sorting pictures of the Gingerbread Man story into the right order. We worked really well in our groups with excellent teamwork!
Elm class enjoyed performing a seasons poem in groups in front of the class.
Due to the bad weather we were unable to visit Abbots Langley for our sports afternoon. Year 2 kindly let us join them for dancing!
This afternoon Year 4 have been learning to become play leaders ! Year 1 were lucky enough to experience their new games and leadership skills!
The children had a wonderful afternoon making castles. We hope they have enjoyed sharing them with you.
The children have planned twelve business ideas for the school fair on Sunday, 30th June. Come along and try their ideas.
We were so lucky with the weather! A great time was had by all and the children showed great team man ship throughout the afternoon. Well done everyone!
