We have had great fun looking at our shadows. We experimented by drawing round shadows of objects before lunch. After lunch we predicted how they may have changed and went to check.
Elm class enjoyed a walk in the school grounds looking and finding things to show us seasonal changes.
In elm class we been very busy in maths. We have learnt how to use bead strings and speaking frames to support our learning.
The Tanners Wood Book Exchange will be taking place for KS1 in Holly Class straight after school next Monday. Bring any books you have finished with and exchange them for new ones for free!
Every morning the children in year 1 come straight in to their tables and get busy with fine motor skills activities.
